Design Process
Initially, the property owner envisions the design and communicates those ideas to the project manager. The project manager at that point decides what resources will be needed to make those ideas a reality. Next, Raleigh Custom Homes, Inc. creates a cost proposal for the job. Once a contract is executed between the property owner and Raleigh Custom Homes, Inc., building can begin after the proper permits are secured.
