Timothy W. Thompson, a Michigan native, founded the company and actually remains the president today, overseeing all projects. The son of a Michigan building contractor, Mr. Thompson received an electric engineering degree from Michigan State in 1988 and a MBA at Duke in 1994. Not only does he have a family building background, he has worked in the utilities and communications field with years of sales and marketing success for two international utility measurement manufacturers. While traveling the globe for these companies, Mr. Thompson has been introduced to various state of the art homebuilding concepts that he has implemented in his building techniques for the Triangle's most discriminating clients.
Connie is originally from Oklahoma and now calls Raleigh her home. Connie has over ten years of experience in all phases of the construction industry. She serves as the liaison between the client and the sub-contractors in order to insure optimum communication at all times.
Matt Little was born in Raleigh, and grew up in the nearby town of Goldsboro. Returning to Raleigh to attend North Carolina State University, he earned a degree in psychology and quickly began financial work as a bank manager in 2002. Matt joined the team in 2006 and now acts as the both the accountant and office manager.
